Fabienne obtained her PhD in Experimental and clinical Pharmacology from the University of Paris-Est Créteil (FR).
Fabienne has more than 30 years of experience in drug development, with a focus in regulated bioanalytics for biotherapeutics (monoclonal Abs, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, ATMPs).
She joined Novartis in 1996 as a Biomarker Fellow leading laboratories for PK, PD and Anti-Drug Antibody assays development and validation. She integrated the Novartis Biologics Unit (NBx) at its creation as a Section Head supporting the bioanalytical strategies for the entire Novartis Biologics portfolio. Fabienne then, established and led Outsourced Bioanalytics, the first monitoring group dedicated to overseeing outsourced bioanalytical activities at Novartis. For more than 10 years, she led the cross-functional Quality Compliance and Vendor Oversight team within PK Sciences.
Fabienne founded Complyomics Sàrl in January 2024.
Fabienne has extensive expertise in quality and compliance programs, regulatory bioanalytical strategies for biotherapeutics, vendor partnership and cross-functional interactions.
In addition, she is Certified Quality Auditor from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
